In order to personalise the newsletter, we shall store personal data, e.g. first name, surname and company. We shall exclusively use such data to send the requested information and to document your consent. You may withdraw consent for the storage of data, the email address and use thereof to send the newsletter at any time and with future effect, for example through the “Deregister” link in the newsletter. We use an external provider for administration and dispatch of our newsletter. Our safety measures are continually improved in accordance with technological development.

10. Period of data storage

We shall essentially store your data for as long as necessary to provide our online range of provision and associated services, or as long as we have a legitimate interest in continued storage (e.g. we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after fulfilment of a contract). Data shall be deleted following expiry of statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. retention periods under tax and commercial law). Data which are not subject to the retention obligation shall be deleted once the designated purpose is no longer applicable.
